As a bilingual attorney, Andrea is able to assist CZ Law’s Spanish-speaking clients. She makes it a point to listen to the concerns of each and every one of her clients and supports them in every way possible through the legal process. Andea understands they are going through some of the most challenging trials of their lives.

Education & Professional Background

As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Andrea was the first in her family to graduate from college. She received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. During her undergraduate studies, Andrea interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where she worked on sensitive cases that developed her passion for wanting to help victims of violent crimes. As a result, she decided to continue her education in the field of law.

Andrea went on to receive her juris doctor from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, she completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Hayden Zacky and Honorable Judge David Gelfound at the San Fernando Superior Court. Through this experience, Andrea witnessed several trials and expanded her skills in research and writing.

After law school, Andrea worked as a law clerk for the Justice System Integrity Division of the L.A. District Attorney’s Office where she investigated police-involved shootings. Andrea also worked as a legal assistant and Spanish interpreter at an immigration law firm. She eventually joined CZ Law as a law clerk before joining the firm’s team of skilled trial lawyers.

Andrea entered into the field of personal injury law because she has a strong desire to balance the scales of justice for vulnerable individuals whose lives have been greatly impacted by their injuries.

When Andrea is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter. She also loves listening to music and attending concerts.
