Asa Eaton is an associate attorney at Carpenter & Zuckerman who stands up for the rights and well-being of injury victims and their loved ones. Asa is committed to helping his clients obtain maximum compensation so they can properly recover from their injuries and losses.

Prior to joining Carpenter & Zuckerman in 2018, Asa worked as an associate attorney at a lemon law firm and as a law clerk at a intellectual property law firm.

For his undergraduate studies, Asa earned his B.A. in political science from California State University, Los Angeles, where he graduated with magna cum laude honors. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor (J.D.) through Southwestern Law School’s accelerated 2-year SCALE Program, graduating in the top 10% of his class with cum laude honors.

In law school, Asa served on the staff of the Southwestern Law Review and received numerous honors and awards. He also served as a judicial extern for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes Division.

Asa believes that everyone who is wrongfully injured deserves to be properly compensated for their losses, which is why he fights against big insurance companies and major corporations to secure fair settlements and verdicts on their behalf.
