Bio

Lauren C. Martin is a dedicated and experienced trial attorney at Carpenter & Zuckerman. An extremely organized, results-oriented litigator, Lauren focuses on achieving the best outcomes for her injured clients. With a hands-on approach to all litigation phases, Lauren ensures thorough preparation and effective representation from initial discovery through trial.

Prior to joining Carpenter & Zuckerman, Lauren honed her legal skills as an associate at a Los Angeles-based firm, where she specialized in litigating consumer warranty claims and fraudulent concealment actions, successfully litigating cases in both state and federal court.

Her tenure at a personal injury defense firm provided invaluable insight into opposing strategies, enhancing her ability to advocate for injured consumers with empathy and strategic finesse.

Education

Lauren graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in History. After completing her undergraduate studies, Lauren pursued her passion for law at Southwestern Law School, where she graduated from the prestigious two-year SCALE Program, earning her Juris Doctor.

While at Southwestern, Lauren was an active member of the Women’s Law Society and Criminal Law Society. Coupled with her role as a civil litigation research assistant and full-time intern at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Hardcore Gang Division, these positions underscore Lauren’s commitment to legal excellence and community service.
