Steven L. Mazza

Steven Lance Mazza has over three decades of experience successfully representing injury victims against the insurance companies that seek to take advantage of them. Steve has extensive jury experience, having taken over 125 cases to trial. He has also served as lead appellate counsel on Lopez v. Southern California Rapid Transit District, a landmark California Supreme Court case in which he successfully argued that bus companies have a duty to protect passengers from their co-passengers' criminal activities.

Steve considers himself a student of the Civil Discovery Act and prides himself on his ability to win cases on the paper. Having lost his son due to the negligence of a drunk driver, Steve is familiar with the pain that injury victims and their families must endure. This tragic experience allows him to better understand and explain his clients’ pain and suffering to juries.
