Bio

Timothy Peabody Jr. is a trial lawyer at Carpenter & Zuckerman who is committed to getting the best results possible for his clients. In pursuit of this mission, Timothy strives to attentively listen to his clients’ stories, empathize with their pain, and maintain personal communication while fighting for justice on their behalf.

Timothy is passionate about working hard and always aims to better himself professionally. He was drawn to personal injury law by the variety and opportunity for career growth that the field offers. 

Prior to joining Carpenter & Zuckerman, Timothy worked as a law clerk at a family law firm where he crafted meticulously researched legal memoranda on complex family law issues and was involved in a wide range of pretrial activities. 

Education & Mentorship

Timothy obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and was the honored recipient of the William H. Hannon Foundation Scholarship. For nearly two years, he served on the staff of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to receiving his J.D., Timothy earned his B.A. in screenwriting from LMU, and played on LMU’s Division I Baseball team for four years.

While attending law school, Timothy mentored local Los Angeles high school students through the Young Lawyers Mentoring Program. He coached mentees on various aspects of the legal process and prepared a mock trial team for competition. Additionally, Timothy interned at MVP Sports Group where he performed statistical data analysis and prepared arguments for Major League Baseball player salary arbitration hearings.  

When Timothy is not busy in his role as an attorney at Carpenter & Zuckerman, he enjoys reading, golfing, playing guitar, and engaging in all things fitness.
